Have you forgotten your password and are locked out of your computer?

We offer economical password recovery that can save you from having to totally reinstall your Operating System. We can recover MOST passwords for computers running Windows NT, 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista (can not be joined to a domain). If you are running Linux or a Mac we can try to reset the password for you, as long as you have the original OS CD. The computer can be brought into the shop, or we can pick it up for you.

* Recovery times vary between systems and type of security on the computer, and can take up to 3-7 days. Rush service is available, sometimes same day, but we cannot guarantee same day or 100% success rate of recovering passwords.

If for some reason we are unable to recover or reset your password, we can look at other options such as reinstalling your OS. If the password recovery attempt fails and you do not want us to explore other options we still have to charge a nominal fee for time spent working on the system.
